This Black and Red Velour Cloak is the prefect cape for any vampire or Dracula Halloween costume. The cloak is made from 100% polyester velour with a 6" collar and ribbon tie. With two layers of velour this cloak is reversible and can be worn with either color on the outside.
Sizing: This cloak is available in both Adult and Kids sizes.
