Shipping policy

CONFIRMATION / DELIVERY

You will receive an email confirmation after the order is placed. This email will include order details. You will also receive a followup email once your item has shipped with tracking information. Purchased items will be shipped within 1 business day from when the order was placed and processed. Please note that customized/personalized items take 1-3 business days in production time. If you need your order faster, we recommend upgrading to Priority Shipping and we will rush to ship the following business day. We provide 3 options for shipping (see below). If you have not received your purchase after 1 week, please notify sales@everfan.com or call us at 229-234-1222. 

SHIPPING & HANDLING CHARGES

All orders are shipped via USPS or UPS. We have established 3 rates for your convenience. USPS Standard (3-5 days), USPS Priority (2-3 Days), UPS 2-Day. Rates are based off of USPS & UPS standards and are subject to change.
