1. The responsibility for the quality of my images lies with me. We reproduce precisely what is uploaded, so if your image appears blurry, it will be printed as is. Kindly make certain it maintains the highest quality and is not stretched.
2. All my images are fully prepared for printing, and if they are not, my order will be canceled, providing a store credit for resubmission.

All uploaded images for Singles or Gang Sheets must be:

• 300 DPI is Highly Recommended*
• PNG Format
• Transparent
• Not Mirrored/Reversed.
• No Neon/Florescent/Highlighter colors.
• Verify No Overlapping or Images off the Page

We examine your immensely large gang sheet on a small screen, where pixelation, haziness, or low quality may not be evident until the printing process. Stretching an image from a 2" size to a 15" size can lead to pixelation, as the increase in size results in a loss of pixels.

Numerous factors, including those mentioned above, can be grounds for us canceling your order with a store credit.

• When creating a gang sheet on third-party websites like Canva, Procreate, Illustrator, or Photoshop, save it at the highest quality, size, and pixel count to enhance the DPI. For Canva, slide the bar all the way to the right before clicking transparent and saving.
• Avoid using converter programs or converting after saving on your Mac, as this may compress the image and reduce its width. While we recommend 300 DPI, it's preferable to have a clear, crisp image at 96 DPI than a converted 300 DPI that could result in pixelation or haziness.
