Why Everfan?
Something happens when you put on a superhero cape. A transformation that allows you to become stronger, dream bigger, and play harder. A cape will quickly turn a boring day into a rambunctious afternoon filled with spontaneous new adventures, uninhibited giggles, and a victorious happy ending.
But did you know it’s good for you? Research shows that good old-fashioned playtime is key to healthy social, cognitive and emotional development... for kids and adults alike.
So in 2010, we created the one and only Everfan Cape, and it’s for kids of all ages.

If Scott were a superhero, his powers would be many: Passion, energy, clarity and imagination, all united by an unwavering determination.
Scott is a landscape architect (owner of Chastain Design) by training, designer by interest, and entrepreneur by heart. His loves complement those of his wife, Katie, the always-smiling face of The Bookshelf and Gallery situated on iconic Broad Street in Thomasville, Georgia.
In the midst of a persistent economic downturn, Scott rediscovered his imagination, dreaming of a venture that would combine two of his passions: superheroes and college football. Thus, Everfan was born.

Not-So-Secret Identity: Lennox Hardin
Position: Director of Communications

Lennox is chief lookout for Everfan’s nemesis, Neverfan, while also taking point on the digital frontier as social media maven for Everfan. She hails from Florida State University with a master’s degree in Applied Economics. Her interests include hashtags, many-to-many communication, transparency, traveling, coffee, improving her 5K time, and good conversation.
When not reading fantasy novels as a kid, she was playing sports with a lot of enthusiasm and very little athletic ability so she is pumped to combine the best of both worlds and join forces with Everfan. Lennox looks forward to building the Everfan community online and IRL as well as developing Everfan’s relationship with local and regional children’s hospitals as part of the company’s commitment to social responsibility.

Not-So-Secret Identity: Melanie Jackson
Position: Office Manager

In the Evercave, Melanie crunches numbers and enters orders with lightning fast speed. She also keeps her little brother, Captain Stretch, organized and reminds him to empty the Evercave trash, no easy task!
When Melanie takes off her superhero mask and hangs up her cape for the day, she kicks soccer balls with her older boys while balancing her youngest son on one hip. To fuel this super-family, she spends her free time growing nutrient-full vegetables in the family garden. She is an Auburn University alumnus and takes full credit for recruiting her brothers and continuing the legacy.
